Not happy with your Dopsof purchase? No worries!
We want you to love your Dopsof clothes and shoes. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns and refunds for unworn and unwashed items.
Got it within 7 days? You can return it!
You have 7 days from the day you get your stuff to send it back.
What can you return?
- Clothes and shoes with the tags still on and in the original packaging (think box or bag they came in).
- Items that haven’t been worn or washed (think brand new!).
- Anything with a manufacturing mistake (like a ripped seam or a missing button).
What can’t you return?
- Clothes or shoes you’ve already worn or washed.
- Items without the tags or original packaging.
- Anything you got on sale or clearance (these are super deals, so all sales final!).
How to return something:
- Go to My Account Page and click to Orders
- After you see your all orders, their displayed refund button, click it and fill it with (read 3-6 line)
- We’ll give you a return shipping label (it’s like a sticker that tells the mail where to go).
- Pack your unworn/unwashed item securely in the original packaging.
- Stick the return label on the package.
- Send the package back to us using the label (it’s already paid for unless the item is defective).
Getting your money back:
- Once we get your return, we’ll check it to make sure it meets the return conditions.
- If everything looks good, we’ll send your full refund back to the way you paid within [Number] business days.
Exchanging something:
Right now, we can’t exchange items. If you want a different size or item, you’ll need to return what you have and place a new order.
Request Timeline: You can request a return for a purchased product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a refund and return, the purchased product must meet these conditions:
- Correct Product: The product, brand, article number, and barcode should match. Ensure not to detach or damage the MRP tag.
- Complete Product: If the purchased product includes any add-ons or comes in a combo, all components must be present when returning.
- Unused Product: The purchased product must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance to be eligible for return.
- Undamaged Product: Only undamaged products without holes or tears will be considered for return.
- MRP Tag: The tags should remain attached to the product and undamaged.
Refund Initiation: The refund process will begin only after we receive the product and conduct a quality check.
Quality Check Outcome: If the purchased product does not pass the quality check, the refund procedure will not proceed further.
Logistics Responsibility: Please ensure that you hand over the Dopsof product to the logistics partner, as Dopsof Fashion will not be held responsible if a wrong or different brand product is provided, and we will be unable to process the return in such cases.
